Deliveries can be done in Perth, the WA country region and Australia wide

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery*. Please email us at sales@leedervillecameras.com.au for urgent requests or to confirm that items are in stock. We take responsibility for insurance on goods in transit to the listed address on the order. All freight sent is traceable. All orders must be signed for (please ensure you or your agent is at the delivery address to sign for your order). Any claims for insurance (e.g. damaged in transit, lost in transit) must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the Freight Company and contact Leederville Cameras for assessment.

Postage Costing

• Orders under $200: $9.90 inc GST**
• Orders over $200: $16 inc GST**

** = Freight on Large/Heavy Items/Orders

Freight on Orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras) or items that are bulky (pelican cases, studio lighting kits and unusually awkward items) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary to recover costs of delivery and insurance.

Next Day Delivery

Next business day delivery to all capital cities and major towns (delivery to some regional and remote locations may be 2-3 days).

Freight on Orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras or items that are bulky (pelican cases, studio lighting kits and unusually awkward items) may be 3-5 days.

Card Verification

Due to a growing amount of online fraud throughout Australia, procedures have been put in place to protect your credit card identity.

As a store procedure and recommended by most of the Banks, we now use a very simple card verification method to confirm that you are the card holder. We simply debit and credit a small amount under $10 onto your card, which will appear within 24 hours, you can either log onto your internet banking and confirm this amount, or flip your card over and call the number on the card and the bank will advise you of this figure.

Alternatively if you are finding hard to obtain this amount, please email sales@leedervillecameras.com.au and we can work out another method of verification.

We put these measures in place, simply to protect you, the card holder.

Disclaimer

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australian Air Express who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. You also agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
