How much will delivery cost me?

We offer flat rates: Single Item Under $200 ($9.90) – Single Item Over $200 ($16)

Are my purchases secure on leedervillecameras.com.au?

Your purchases, personal information and credit card details are 100% secure.

When you process a transaction with leedervillecameras.com.au, your credit card number is encoded and transferred bank to bank. This means it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. Our order processing center is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way.

I am going overseas, can I purchase TAX FREE?

Yes, tax free purchasing is available for all Australian citizens and overseas visitors/tourists.

You will be paying retail prices from our site and claiming the tax back at the airport as you leave. Provided you are leaving within 60 days of Invoice date. With our delivery you will receive a Tax Invoice. You take this, with the goods listed on the invoice to the TRS booth. This is situated on the departure deck just beyond passport control. Present staff the goods and the invoice and they will refund the tax you have paid. Your final price will be the 'tax free' price as listed on our site. There are number of conditions that must be adhered to. Your total invoice must be over $300. You must be at the TRS booth within a minimum of 30 minutes before boarding. You can also purchase liquor, spirits and cigarettes DUTY FREE to be collected in our store (a credit card imprint is required). See in store for more details. More Information Here

Are my goods insured?

YES! All goods dispatched are fully insured against loss or damage.

Are goods covered by warranty?

YES! All our goods have a genuine Australian warranty. An extended store warranty can also be bought at the same time of purchase.

Do you Price match?

We strive to be cheapest around but in the instance we are not let us know and we will try our hardest to match it. We strive to do the best pricing up front for all our customers however, if you find a price that is SIGNIFICANTLY lower there is a good chance it is a grey import.

* Freight on Orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras) or items that are bulky (pelican cases, studio lighting kits and unusually awkward items) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary to recover costs of delivery and insurance.
