Keep handy as a spare or mount a second camera onto this Manfrotto-Type Quick Release Plate from 3-Legged Thing for fast swapping of cameras on your tripod head. Made with a jet-black Darkness colour and an anodised magnesium alloy, the plate is lightweight and strong enough to stand up to the rigours of a production day. The rubberised patches on top provide increased grip while protecting your camera from metal-to-metal contact for a good grip without overtightening the camera screw.
The plate has a slotted channel that allows you to adjust the position of the camera screws and your camera to rough in the balance, and you can slide the plate within your tripod head’s platform to find the optimal balance for your camera rig. The included 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 stainless steel camera mounting screws stay in the channel when no camera is attached, making it less likely they will get lost when moving from location to location.
