The Master Quick Release Plate is a direct replacement for the camera mounting plate that comes with the GH11 and GH10 gimbal heads. The plate is also compatible with other Master tripods, heads, and gimbals that use the Dovetail Mounting System, as well as products from other manufacturers that use an arca-type mount.
At 75mm, this plate is longer than standard QR plates for greater flexibility in positioning the camera as you slide it within the head.
Textured anti-twist pads on top help the plate stay in place once mounted to your camera or lens. Two removable safety bolts prevent the plate (and camera) from accidentally sliding out of the head.
A common 1/4″-20 mounting screw is used for connecting the plate. The mounting screw can be tightened by hand using a convenient flip-open bail, or by the use of a 4mm hex wrench (not included).
