NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters darken the entire image, allowing you to compensate for bright conditions whilst keeping your Aperture, Shutter speed, and iso where you need them to be. The IR Coating eliminates any unwanted colouration of the image when used in conjunction with other filters. In order to remove any colour cast and keep the Blacks as rich and true as possible, one layer of NiSi Optical Nano Coating is applied to each of this filter’s surfaces along with the IR coating to provide the highest colour accuracy possible.  This coating, coupled with high-quality optical glass and strict manufacturing standards, give you accurate colour, and extreme sharpness making it perfect for today’s high-res. cameras.  The Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters feature a Dual-Sided Nano Coating & Infrared Light Control and are made out of a single piece of optical glass, each filter features NiSi’s exclusive Dual-sided Nano coating technology with infrared light pollution control.  The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters are scratch, oil & water resistant featuring a nano-coating that creates a protective layer over the glass, making it scratch-resistant and easy to clean.  The Nano IR Neutral Density Filters provide ultra-low colour shifting, and superior colour control compared to other leading competitors.  Lastly, an anti-reflective coating that reduces glares and reflections to deliver a 6K digital image with no loss in clarity.

The NiSi 4 x 5.65” Range is compatible with all leading brands of matte boxes that fit the 4 x 5.65” standard. The cinema filters also conform to the 4mm thickness allowing them to fit into filter cages or slot into cageless designs. A leatherette pouch is included for storage and transport. Also available is a larger filter case to organize and keep multiple filters at once.

NiSi Cinema 4×5.65” Allure Mist Black Filter (1/8 Stop)

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Allure Mist Black Filter (1/8 Stop) lowers contrast, and highlights within the frame are diffused, helping to balance the tonal range among highlights and shadows. The NiSi Black Mist creates that cinematic look and is commonly used to soften wrinkles, and blemishes and create a flattering image of a subject.

NiSi Cinema 4×5.65” Linear Polariser Filter

NiSi’s Linear Polariser uses the same high-quality optical glass as the rest of the NiSi line. This, coupled with Nitto Polariser film, creates a filter with a 99.9% polarization rating. Each filter is precision ground and polished after the film is applied to ensure maximum sharpness. The edges of the filter are resin-sealed to keep moisture from entering the filter, improving durability.

Polarisers reduce the reflection on non-metallic surfaces to reveal the original colour and texture of an object. Polarisers can also help to enhance the saturation of colours beyond that of normal vision. They are the most effective filter to improve the tone of the sky and are not easily imitated by post-production.

The NiSi Linear Polariser Filter helps to reduce reflections and glare by filtering out the light on non-metallic surfaces. This light is often seen as a haze in landscape scenes. The linear polariser passes light through the filter evenly which reduces this haze-like effect and a noticeable reduction of glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces and an increase in the saturation of skies and foliage.

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Pure Clear Filter is a clear filter and is designed to provide general protection for your lens. This optically clear filter does not affect exposure or overall image quality while helping to prevent dust, scratches, moisture, and other elements from reaching or damaging your lens.

The NiSi Cinema Filter Pouch for 4×4” and 4×5.65″ (Holds 7 x 4×4” or 4×5.65″ Filters ) is designed for the NiSi cinema range and will hold 7 x 4×4” or 4×5.65″ Filters. It is designed from a lightweight material that protects your filters from scratches and dust. The pouch can hold up to 7 x cinema filters and features a flip-top design to keep the pouch open when in use.
