The Celestron Motor Drive for AstroMaster Telescopes has a variable speed motor, which can accurately track celestial objects. This single-axis drive works on equatorial mounts and allows you to maintain total control over your scope whether automatically or manually. Hemisphere control (north/south) is controlled by a switch. Depending on weather conditions, the 9V battery will last up to 40 hours.
