Return and Refund Policy

We understand when buying from us that you may not make the right decision, so we do offer a very flexible return policy. Although we do not offer a direct refund (unless the goods are faulty and cannot be replaced) we do offer easy returns on any product you purchase from us. As long as the product is in original condition, instructions are not bent, no packaging is missing and it is within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a full store credit that can be used on anything in store. Our store credits (E-Vouchers) unlike other stores, do NOT EXPIRE and can be used on anything in store. From photographic gear to anything from our imaging services we offer, such as canvas, metal, framing or printing and many more. Gift vouchers are non-refundable for cash.

We also offer FREE return shipping. This means when you are returning the product back to us (as long as you provide us with a copy of the postage receipt with the cost of shipping) we will also provide this cost back to you via a store credit or refund. When shipping to us we will only cover standard shipping costs. Anything returned under express or priority etc will be void from our free return shipping policy and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
