Can I Collect My Order In Store?

This is a very popular option with us, and makes it much quicker to complete your purchase. Simply order through our site and choose to collect your order in store at the checkout page. We are conveniently located at 201 Oxford Street in Leederville, which is directly opposite the Leederville TAFE Campus and within a short walking distance from Leederville Train Station.

Are my goods insured?

Yes, all goods dispatched are fully insured against loss or damage.

Do you Price match?

We strive to be the cheapest around but in the instance we are not let us know and we will usually match it. We strive to do the best pricing up front for all our customers, however if you find a price that is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than ours, there is a good chance it is a grey import. What do I do if my product is faulty?

At Leederville Cameras, we pride ourselves on offering our customers the best quality products along with excellent customer service. In keeping with this mantra, if you have received a faulty or damaged product, please email sales@leedervillecameras.com.au and a customer service team member will advise you with the next steps for faulty or damaged products.

Is my product covered under warranty?

Apart from a local warranty from the Australian Authorised dealer (No Grey) we also provide a bonus 12 month warranty on all hardware items (excluding second hand equipment). This is both for online and in our superstore which is located on Oxford Street in Leederville.
